About our Church
St Peter's is a lively mainstream Christian church, situated at the centre of Hextable, a commuter-belt village in west Kent. Together with St Paul's, in adjoining Swanley Village from which St Peter's (then known as Hextable Mission Church), was birthed in 1905, we form the ecclesiastical parish formally known as "Swanley, St Paul", within the Anglican diocese of Rochester.
Our own services are friendly, charismatic, and based around practical Bible-based teaching, whilst those at our sister church, St Paul's, are very similar in nature, but feature a slightly more traditional and meditative approach.
As a church family we seek to share God's love with those around us. We strongly believe that we should be at the very heart of our community, providing not only an important spiritual focus, but also facilities and services to help with the more practical issues of everyday life.
Please come and pay us a visit - you can be assured of a warm welcome!
